miRNA在急性胰腺炎诊断和评估病情严重程度的作用

摘要
目的探讨急性胰腺炎患者血清microRNA(miRNA)的表达差异及miRNA与急性胰腺炎严重程度的可能关系。方法收集急性轻度(A组)、中重度胰腺炎(B组)各30例的临床资料,健康人30例(C组)作为对照组。用miRNA表达谱芯片分析A组、B组及C组10例血清样本中的miRNA表达谱,并扩大样本(A、B、C组所有标本)应用实时荧光定量PCR方法进行验证;筛选出与急性胰腺炎相关的血清miRNA。比较A组和B组血清miRNA的表达差异。结果 24个miRNA在急性胰腺炎血清中的表达有明显变化,其中4个表达明显下调,20个miRNA表达明显上调。与对照组比较,急性胰腺炎患者miRNA-216a、miRNA-155、miRNA-196a和miRNA-375的表达有明显上调,miRNA-21表达下调。B组miRNA-375、miRNA-216a的表达明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 miRNA为急性胰腺炎的诊断及早期病情评估提供了新的依据。
