<正> 和肽素(copeptin)是前精氨酸加压素(aTginine vasopressin,AVP)原C末端的一部分,近年研究发现,其在心血管疾病、下呼吸道感染、危重症等疾病的早期诊断及预后评价方面,有一定的临床价值,是一种重要的临床疾病预测因素。现将和肽素在以上领域的研究进展综述如下。1 和肽素的理化特性及检测和肽素是一种富含亮氨酸的糖肽,来源于AVP原的C末端,由39个氨基酸组成,相对分子质量5000。AVP原由
