摘要：

非正式赊销合同显著影响饲料经销商和淡水养殖户的经济行为,在经销商对赊账养殖户存在局部市场垄断的制度背景下,本文构建一个局部均衡模型。分析发现,赊销合同具有自我执行的特征,合同显著提高赊账养殖户的饲料使用量、生产性固定资产投资额和淡水养殖纯利润,也显著提高经销商的饲料销售量和销售利润。运用河南省中牟县2010年截面调查数据进行计量分析表明实证与理论结论高度一致。
