<正>骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是老年人群中最常见的疾病之一,也是引起残疾的重要原因。膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)影响整个膝关节结构,包括关节软骨、滑膜、软骨下骨、半月板、关节周围肌肉等。膝OA的发生机制及关节结构改变尚不完全清楚,年龄、肥胖、女性、吸烟、遗传等是其发生的危险因素,近年来代谢性炎症因素及力学因素等对膝OA发生发展的影响关注较多[1]。1力学因素对膝OA的作用1.1力学因素的作用机制膝关节作为一个承重关节,长期
