摘要
<正>绝经后骨质疏松症(postmenopausa losteoporosisPMO)发生的主要机制是雌激素缺乏后骨转换加快,同时骨吸收多于骨形成,导致骨量下降。雌激素(e-strogen,E)和双膦酸盐(bisphosphonates,BPs)以其抗骨吸收作用,成为临床抗骨质疏松症的主要药物。
