摘要：

创业意向(entrepreneurial intention)研究已成为创业研究的一个新焦点,本文在回顾国外创业意向研究成果的基础上,对创业和创业意向的概念进行了概括,从个体心理特质和微观环境的角度对现有相关研究进行了综述,评介了现有研究的主要理论依据和成果,并对未来创业意向研究的对象、角度和方法进行了简要展望。
