被动吸烟对儿童呼吸健康的影响

报导了 1 993～ 1 996年兰州、重庆、武汉和广州 4个城市 8所小学进行家庭被动吸烟调查结果。结果表明 ,在 7～ 1 2岁儿童 7977人中 ,受被动吸烟暴露的儿童 63 4 2人 ,占调查总人数的 79 5% ;受被动吸烟暴露儿童呼吸系统的 1 0种疾病和症状发生率明显高于不受暴露影响的儿童 ,其中有 8种病症的比数比 (OR)范围在 1 2 7～ 1 67,住院率的OR值为 1 2 8;受被动吸烟暴露儿童呼吸系统病症发生率也随家庭成员每天吸烟数量的增加而增高 ,其比数比也呈增加趋势。
