摘要：

以金花梨 (PyruspyrifoliaNak .cv .Jinhua)试管苗叶片为试材获得了再生不定梢。在培养基NN69+BA 3mg/L +IAA 0 .3mg/L +蔗糖 3 %上 ,先暗培养 3周后转光下培养 ,不定梢再生率最高 ,达 1 0 0 %。
