摘要
法尼酯衍生物X受体(farnesoid X receptor,FXR)在胆汁酸代谢、脂代谢、糖代谢等物质代谢过程中发挥关键作用。慢性肝脏疾病的发生发展与机体代谢功能紊乱密切相关。近期研究显示,作为代谢调控关键因子,FXR在慢性肝脏疾病中,如病毒性肝炎、酒精性脂肪肝、非酒精性脂肪肝、肝纤维化、肝癌等扮演着重要角色。该文就近年来FXR在慢性肝脏疾病的发生发展过程中的作用及机制作一综述,旨在为抗纤维化研究及药物研发提供新的视角和治疗靶标。
