<正>有限元分析法(finite element method,FEM)是一种在工程科学技术中广泛应用的数学物理方法,用于模拟并解决各种工程力、热、电磁学等物理场问题。这种方法首先于1950年在航空业中发展起来,成为目前许多重要飞机构件设计的必需工具。1972年首次报道将FEM应用于生物力学方面研究,90年代后FEM才成为了解脊柱力学变化非常有用的工具,近年来FEM的应用研究发展迅速,尤其随着计算机和软件技术突飞猛进的发展,FEM在脊柱骨折的生物力学研究中具有广阔前景。1 FEM的特点脊柱解剖结构、材料性能及负荷分
