基体改进石墨炉原子吸收法测定排污河水中的铅、镉

摘要
本文采用磷酸氢二铵-硝酸镁作基体改进剂,横向加热平台石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定排污河水中的铅、镉。加入基体改进剂,提高了灰化温度,消除基体干扰,可直接测定河水中μg/L级的铅和镉。检出限Pb为0.5μg/L;Cd为0.05μg/L
