摘要：

炎症性肠病是一种以肠道慢性炎性反应为特征的疾病,主要包括溃疡性结肠炎和克罗恩病,其病因和发病机制尚不明确,可能有多种因素共同参与。临床上炎症性肠病和缺血性肠病之间存在诸多相似之处,此文就血管因素和肠道缺血在炎症性肠病发病机制中的作用作一综述。
