摘要：

<正>糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)的运动疗法治疗是目前公认的糖尿病治疗的一项基本措施。糖尿病血管病变是糖尿病患者的主要并发症,国内外研究表明,规律有氧运动和抗阻运动均可改善糖尿病患者血管内皮功能,降低血管并发症的发生[1],运动对可以使糖尿病患者的心肺功能得到改善[2]。目前的研究大部分集中在运动对糖尿病治疗效果的影响上,不同运动项目对2型糖尿病治疗有效性的比较研究鲜见。
