摘要：

对元宝枫及同属植物种子总蛋白质含量和氨基酸的组成进行了分析测定,结果表明元宝枫及同属植物种子含有较高的蛋白质,且其氨基酸的组成以谷氨酸、精氨酸含量较高为特点.
