摘要：

PCI已经成为冠心病血运重建治疗的主要方式之一,PCI相关心肌梗死很常见,发生率约14.5%,对长期预后有重要影响。本文旨在对PCI相关心梗的临床发生机制、危险因素、防治措施等研究进展作一综述。
