摘要：

糖尿病独立于冠心病、高血压之外,直接促进心脏结构/功能改变称为糖尿病心肌病(DC),胰岛素作用减弱和高血糖是其主要病因。完善DC的诊断方法可以帮助早期诊断和正确治疗。
