摘要：

<正>慢性创面是指经过正确诊断和规范治疗8周后,伤口面积缩小不足50%的创面疾病(译者注:此为欧洲标准)。慢性创面可发生在身体任何部位,其中80%发生在下肢。尽管多种疾病可导致下肢创面的发生,但静脉压力增高、糖尿病和局部组织受压仍然是皮肤损害和愈合延迟的主要原因。所谓慢性创面包括延迟愈合的外科伤口(如伤口裂开导致的创面愈合延迟),坏疽性脓皮病,感染所致的创面(如Buruli溃疡),外伤所致的创面,瘢痕溃疡,钙过
