人工智能时代对非程序性的认知工作和创造性工作需求增加,为女性专业特长发挥拓展了新空间。但是,人工智能技术属于技能偏向型技术进步,需要高素质的人力资本,而女性劳动者技能与新技术要求不匹配。为此,需要提高女性接受正规教育的质量,加强对女性新职业培训的投资,落实女性就业保护政策。
