利培酮对儿童孤独症的开放性治疗

摘要：

目的了解利培酮治疗儿童孤独症的疗效和副作用。方法用利培酮对8例4-10岁孤独症患者做开放式治疗观察。使用临床疗效总评量表（Clinical Global Impression,CGI）和临床记录做评定。结果用药开始时、第5周及结束时评定的CGI指标,包括病情严重程度、疗效总评和疗效指标提示利培酮疗效良好。其中,对固定行为模式,攻击和自伤行为、恐怖、精神病性症状及睡眠障碍效果好,发脾气、活动过多和注意不集中有部分效果。早期有镇静和锥体外系副反应。结论利培酮治疗孤独症儿童有效、比较安全。
