<正>0引言对大多数实体瘤来说,手术仍然是目前最有效的治疗方式。从长远着想,肿瘤必须切除以清除肿瘤转移的主要来源;但就短期来看,手术过程实际上可能会促进肿瘤的转移。手术可能促进肿瘤转移这一观点是数十年前被提出来的,当时一些外科医师注意到某些肿瘤患者在手术后短期内会很快发生转移[1]。从那时开始这一假说便被反复修正但并未得到广泛认可[2-3]。
