摘要
<正>随着分子生物学的发展,以作用于细胞表面受体和细胞内信号蛋白分子为靶点的治疗已进入肿瘤的临床治疗,这一类药物主要特点是特异性高,针对性强,毒副作用相对较低,已逐步被国内外肿瘤领域医师所认同。这类药物目前主要包括单抗类、小分子酪氨酸激酶抑制剂如抗血管生成制剂和小分子多靶点制剂。
