摘要：
The article is on the transfer of technology and intellectual property rights of the Convention on Biological Diversity. It discussed the effect of this convention on the following two systems: the legal system of protection of biodiversity and continuing utilize of the transfer of technology, and the legal system of distribution of achievement on the utility of genetic resources.
