炎症性肠病机会感染的认识和进展

摘要：

炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)患者接受免疫抑制剂和生物制剂治疗后患机会感染的风险增加,而机会感染发生导致IBD病情进展甚至死亡率增高。本文概述了IBD机会感染流行病趋势、病原体种类、预防进展,以期提高临床医生对机会感染的认识,并积极预防。
