利用SSR标记进行小麦品种鉴定和新品种保护研究

摘要
利用变性聚丙烯酰胺电泳结合银染技术,检测了8个SSR位点在71份中国育成小麦品种(系)中的多态性,确定了各SSR位点上等位基因的大小。在71份小麦品种(系)中,共检测到等位基因75个,每对引物检测到的等位基因个数最少为6个(gwm186),最多为15个(gwm174),平均9.4个。PIC值最高为0.8739(gwm174),最低为0.6552(gwm186),平均为0.7968。利用少数几对高PIC值的SSR引物,能够将全部71份品种(系)区分开来,供试材料间至少有一对等位基因存在差异。对SSR标记应用于小麦品种鉴定和品种保护的可行性进行了讨论。
