微生态免疫营养制剂在结直肠癌病人围手术期的临床应用

摘要：

结直肠癌病人围手术期的营养支持对预后具有重要意义。有研究表明,微生态免疫营养制剂能通过保护肠道黏膜、增强免疫功能和抗癌等作用,促进结直肠癌病人术后康复,缩短住院时间。今后应加强关于微生态免疫营养制剂联合用药以及用药剂量等方面的研究,为个性化营养治疗方案的实施建立循证基础。
