摘要：

白藜芦醇具有抗氧化、抗心血管疾病、抗癌、抗菌等多种生物活性。白藜芦醇通过影响凋亡通路、核转录因子(NF-κB)通路,以及磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶/苏氨酸激酶(PI3K/AKT)或丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)通路中一些蛋白质或者基因的表达,从而发挥抗肿瘤作用。
