高等教育“学术漂移”现象的动因探析——基于社会学制度主义的视角

摘要
近年来,"学术漂移"在世界高等教育领域内的盛行,引起了学者和高等教育管理者的关注。从社会学制度主义的视角来看,政府的政策导向、社会文化期待和高等教育机构的目标定位,高等教育机构属性中的不确定性,以及教师群体不断提高的职业化与专业化共同推动了"学术漂移"的萌发与泛滥。与此同时,高校组织域内"偏重研究"制度逻辑的存在及其异常稳定的特性,导致遏制"学术漂移"的政策措施几近失效,这也注定了治理"学术漂移"是一项长期而又艰巨的任务。
