公共卫生安全事件中网络健康谣言的转发研究——感知风险与信息可信度的交互效应

摘要
[目的/意义]卫生安全事件中网络健康谣言容易被大量转发,过往研究更多关注信息可信度对健康谣言传播的影响,但信息可信度并不能有效解释健康谣言较之其他谣言更多被传播。[方法/过程]以情绪认知理论为基础,以焦虑为中介构建了网络健康谣言转发的有调节中介模型。[结果/结论]研究发现受众对健康信息的感知风险会引起焦虑情绪,焦虑情绪是网络健康谣言转发的中介变量因素,信息可信度会调节感知风险对焦虑情绪及转发意愿的影响,在低可信度情境下感知风险对焦虑和转发意愿影响小,高可信度情境下感知风险正向影响焦虑和转发意愿。
