短暂性脑缺血发作危险因素分析及防治措施

摘要：

目的观察短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)与各种危险因素的相关性。方法对230例临床确诊为TIA患者的相关危险因素的资料采用SPSS 13.0统计软件包进行χ2检验及单因素Logistic回归分析。结果 230例TIA患者发病与高血压、心房纤颤(AF)、年龄(>45岁)、性别、吸烟、糖尿病、高脂血症等多种因素有关。结论高血压、AF、年龄、性别等因素是TIA发生的高危因素,对存在危险因素的TIA患者,要尽早干预积极治疗。
