摘要：

<正>脑中风,又称脑卒中或脑血管意外,是一种突然起病的脑血液循环障碍性疾病。脑中风后肩关节疼痛是脑中风患者常见的并发症,发病率较高,最高约72%[1]。该病多发生于中风后软瘫期,患者表现为偏瘫侧肩关节持续性疼痛,被动活动时疼痛加重,可放射到肘部及手部,部分患者局部有肿胀,常伴有肩关节脱位或半脱位;夜间疼痛明显,严重者可影响睡眠[2-3]。本病给患者带来极大的痛苦,严重影响了患者的康复进程和日常生活的功能。同时,由于肩痛影响患者参加作业
