摘要
转化生长因子β(TGF-β)家族广泛存在于生物体内,它对于组织器官纤维化起着重要作用。smad蛋白是TGF-β受体的胞内激酶底物,介导了TGF-β的胞内信号转导。TGF-β/smads信号通路与糖尿病肾病关系密切,并且存在多种负反馈调节机制,例如包膜受体水平,胞内smad蛋白及核内转录因子水平的反馈调节。深入了解TGF-β/smad信号通路的负性调节机制对于糖尿病肾病的防治至关重要。本文就TGF-β/smad信号通路的负性调节与糖尿病肾病予以综述。
