<正>ICU危重症患者常伴应激性高血糖(stress hyper- glycemia)。研究表明这种应激性高血糖可产生有害的病理生理效应,如使原有疾病加重,影响或延缓康复,诱发多种并发症如严重感染、多神经病变、多器官功能衰竭乃至死亡
