摘要：

乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染是严重的全球公共卫生问题。根据乙肝病毒携带率,全世界分为高、中、低流行3个区,在高流行区,最常见的感染途径仍然是从母亲到小孩的垂直传播。感染率能够通过改变行为、提高个人教育、检查全部献血员、确保临床操作无菌和筛查全部孕妇得到降低。接种安全有效的乙型肝炎疫苗是预防乙型肝炎的主要方法,持久的病毒性肝炎治疗计划也是降低乙肝相关疾病负担的必需措施。
