传统上,国产烤烟根据产地和感官评吸结果分为浓香、清香和中间香三大级别。为了探索国产烤烟香型与香气成分之间的联系,利用吹扫捕集-GC/MS,建立根据不同香型分组的72种烟叶样本的香气成分指纹图谱,并采用判别分析技术进行样本的分类判别。结果显示:对于34个化学变量,浓香、清香和中间香典型判别函数,交叉验证准确率为83.6%。利用主成分分析(PCA)对不同香型烤烟进行区分,获得与感官评价一致的结果。因此,基于顶空香气成分的判别分析能较好地表征烟叶香型归属,有利于揭示不同香型烟叶的化学特征。
