摘要：

脑钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)是利钠肽系统的一种肽类激素,在心房、心室均可合成,但主要储存于心室肌内。其分泌量随心室充盈压的升高而增加,心力衰竭(Heart failure,HF)时,心室壁张力增加,心室内BNP分泌增加,使血浆中BNP水平升高,其值与心衰的严重程度呈正相关。为此,血浆BNP水平可作为评定心衰进程和判断预后的指标。本文通过介绍BNP在国内外的研究进展,论述脑肭肽早期诊断心衰及对各期心衰患者严重程度进行危险分层的价值,并指导心力衰竭的有效治疗。
