摘要：

β-内酰胺酶是细菌对β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药的主要原因。超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)是其中重要的一种,其发生率呈上升趋势,在世界各地多次引起医院内感染的暴发流行,而在临床常被漏检。本文综述了ESBLs的特性、流行病学、分子结构、耐药机制及检测方法。
