腹腔镜CO2气腹对机体的影响

摘要
<正>腹腔镜手术近年来得到了广泛的发展,应用于外科多个领域,腹腔镜手术与传统手术相比,避免了较大的切口,术者的手无需进入腹腔内部,最大化地减少了术中对脏器的损伤,术后患者的排气时间明显缩短,恢复快,粘连率明显降低,患者的住院时间明显缩短,可更快地投入到生活和工作中去。由于腹腔镜手术需向患者腹部注入气体以方便术者操作,而CO2因其具有易于收集、廉价、不燃和稳定的化学性等特性故成为了注入
