摘要：

俄罗斯与西方关系愈加紧张以来,俄罗斯媒体对一些事件十分关注,有关"一带一路"的报道和讨论达成千上万篇。其主要观点在于:俄罗斯将中国主导的"一带一路"看成是对俄罗斯大国地位的一种挑战,但展示出基于平等而开展广泛合作的开放态度;俄罗斯"欢迎中国的倡议",但双方开展的合作必须"在欧亚经济联盟的框架下进行";俄罗斯对于吸引中国投资兴趣盎然,但"一带一路"在给俄罗斯带来巨大潜在利益的同时,也带来了安全上的忧虑;俄罗斯计划将中国投资导向他们已经评估过的、更安全的项目上,并在上海合作组织框架下开展双方合作。俄罗斯媒体对中亚局势以及俄中关系的悲观观点在于,继乌克兰之后,一个更加动荡的中亚可能成为俄中两国之间的缓冲区,如果俄中合作失败,"一带一路"有可能成为俄罗斯的掣肘。
