膳食结构改变与结肠癌风险相关性的研究进展

摘要
近年来,结肠癌在我国发生率呈逐年上升趋势,已成为患病率居第二位的恶性肿瘤。随着经济的发展和居民生活水平的不断提高,高脂肪、高蛋白质食物摄入增加,膳食纤维摄入减少,导致膳食结构的改变,从而增加发生结肠癌的风险。以下对近年来关于饮食与结肠癌风险相关性的研究进行综述,以弥补人们在饮食诱发结肠癌方面认识的不足,为饮食干预降低结肠癌风险提供理论依据。
