摘要
分析了传统QFD规划方法存在的问题 ,在系统考虑工程特性自相关矩阵影响的基础上 ,通过定义修正关系矩阵的概念 ,以顾客满意度最大为目标函数 ,建立了一个非线性QFD规划模型·并将该模型应用于乳化炸药包装机质量改进·工程实践表明 ,该模型能够充分利用质量屋中各个组成部分的信息权衡、优化质量屋中存在的各种矛盾和冲突 ,确定工程特性目标值 ,利用同一资源实现多种目标 ,使所设计的产品在有限的资源约束下能最大限度地满足顾客需求·
