<正>From the roots of Rubia yunnanensis, which is an antitumor drug used in Yunnan, an antitumor glycocyclohexapeptide (RY-1) was obtained previously. Further study resulted in the isolation of a new antitumor glycocyclohexapeptide, RY-2. Its structure was elucidated on the basis of spectral and chemical methods.
