生活方式对人群DNA加合物水平影响的研究

摘要
目的与方法 :为了研究人群DNA加合物的正常水平及其影响因素 ,本文利用化学发光法测定了 2 4 6例正常外周淋巴细胞DNA加合物水平 ,并分析了抽烟、饮食习惯等生活方式对DNA加合物水平的影响。结果与结论 :抽烟人群的DNA加合物水平明显高于非抽烟人群 ;少量饮酒的人群DNA加合物水平低于不饮酒人群 ;嗜酒人群的DNA加合物水平高于非饮酒人群 ,同时与少量饮酒人群相比 ,他们的DNA加合物水平之间有显著性差异 ;饮食习惯对DNA加合物水平亦有一定的影响 ,素食为主的人群的DNA加合物水平显著低于荤食为主的人群 ;此外常饮茶者的DNA加合物水平显著低于不饮茶者。
