BODE指数(body mass index,airflow obstruction,dyspnea,and exercise capacity index,BODE index)是一个预测慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者病情及预后的新的多维分级系统,它综合了临床症状、营养状态、运动能力和肺功能的相关参数,可以提供更多有价值的预后信息,并能评估肺康复、肺减容术、肺移植术等治疗效果,评价COPD患者的生活质量。本文阐述了BODE指数在COPD患者中的应用进展。
