摘要：

<正>胃溃疡是一种消化系统较为常见的疾病,其临床特征表现为多数患者与幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染有关,病情易反复发作,甚至发生上消化道大出血、幽门梗阻、穿孔等并发症。近年来随着根除Hp、抑制胃酸及胃黏膜保护药物的综合利用,胃溃疡治疗取得令人满意的临床效果;然而少数患者的临床疗效较差,患者胃黏膜上皮细胞发生肠上皮化生和非典型增生,最终演变为胃癌[1]。目前已明确胃溃疡的发病与机体免疫紊乱、遗传、感染等因素密切相关。
