新生儿感染性肺炎血清中sTREM-1含量与炎性因子、免疫功能的相关性研究

摘要：

目的:探讨新生儿感染性肺炎血清中可溶性髓系细胞触发受体-1（sTREM-1）含量与炎性因子、免疫功能的相关性。方法:2016年7月2017年9月在武汉科技大学附属孝感医院接受治疗的新生儿感染性肺炎62例作为肺炎组,同期在本院分娩的健康新生儿50例作为正常对照组。对比两组新生儿血清中sTREM-1的含量,炎性因子及免疫球蛋白含量的差异。结果:肺炎组血清中sTREM-1的含量高于正常对照组（P<0.05）;血清中细胞因子IL-10、IL-17、PCT、CRP的含量均高于正常对照组（P<0.05）;血清中免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM的含量高于正常对照组（P<0.05）;肺炎组中sTREM-1高含量新生儿血清中IL-10、IL-17、PCT、CRP、IgA、IgG、IgM的含量高于sTREM-1低含量新生儿（P<0.05）。结论:感染性肺炎新生儿血清中sTREM-1的含量较高,与机体炎症反应程度、体液免疫功能直接相关。
