分光光度计测量水体各成分的光谱吸收系数是一项比较成熟的吸收系数分析方法。文章简要介绍对 2类水体光谱吸收系数测量的基本方法 ,重点探讨参比纯水水质、滤纸水合以及零值校正波长选择等关键技术问题 ,并给出相应的解决办法。
