摘要
幽门螺杆菌毒力因子在其致病过程中起重要作用。目前研究较多的幽门螺杆菌毒力因子包括血型抗原结合黏附因子(Bab A)、细胞毒素相关蛋白(Cag A)、空泡细胞毒素(Vac A)、上皮接触毒性蛋白(Ice A)、前炎症外膜蛋白(Oip A)、十二指肠溃疡诱导因子(Dup A)等。上述毒力因子基因及其编码蛋白可通过不同途径致病。
