<正>目前研究表明脑梗死后,内源性神经干细胞大量增殖、迁移和分化,参与神经再生和脑组织功能的恢复[1—3],这改变了长期以来人们认为人脑神经元缺乏再生能力的错误观念。近年来,有研究者试用体外培养神经干细胞(neural stem cell,NSC)移植至缺血区治疗脑梗死,该方法存在着外源性NSC移植成活率较低,分化具有不可控性、致瘤性、缺血
