绿脓杆菌外膜蛋白D2(OprD2)与耐药关系的研究

摘要：

该文采用外膜蛋白SDS -PAGE、凝胶分光光度扫描分析方法 ,研究该室临床分离的绿脓杆菌OprD2与耐药的关系。结果表明绿脓杆菌泰能耐药株均有不同程度OprD2的减少 ,耐药组OprD2的相对含量明显低于敏感组 ,提示OprD2的减少甚至缺失是绿脓杆菌对碳青霉烯类抗生素耐药的主要原因
