莫沙必利治疗便秘型肠易激综合征重叠功能性消化不良临床研究

摘要：

目的观察莫沙必利对便泌型肠易激综合征(IBS-C)重叠功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法将60例IBS-C重叠FD患者随机分为两组,治疗组给予莫沙必利5 mg tid,对照组给予马来酸曲美布汀0.1 g tid,两组疗程均为4周,比较两组疗效。结果治疗4周时莫沙必利组与马来酸曲美布汀组相比,对于餐后胀满、早饱、上腹部疼痛等FD的症状改善,莫沙必利组更加明显(P<0.05);治疗结束后2周,两组相比无统计学差异(P>0.05);对于腹胀、大便性状、大便次数等IBS-C的症状,治疗4周和治疗结束后2周,两组症状改善均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗结束后2周,两组治疗有效率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论莫沙必利治疗IBS-C重叠FD安全有效。
